Judge Heidel says someone has to appear which will cause additional cost. Heidel has zero reasoning other than to cause Karrie Gibson additional legal fees after awarding an insufficient amount. Karrie Gibson called the court, spoke to the clerk asking the clerk to confirm that Heidel decline advancing the date. The clerks responded’ No comment” Karrie Gibson repeated the question, the court again responded. “No Comment”
Court date May 3, 2019; A Motion for Reconsideration. Judge Heidel shows bias against Karrie Gibson, declines moving the date without cause. Heidel rules against Karrie Gibson’s request without her having representation. Heidel declining to advance the date causes additional cost to a divorce that could have been remedy between both attorneys outside of court.
