PART 1 DETAILING COLLUSION HATE CRIMES FRAUD
This is part 1 that’s detailing the events surrounding the anti-black government sanction hate crimes and collusion. I am a victim of anti-black hate crimes, fraud, government sanction terrorist. On Sept 23, 2020 8:30pm Sheriff deputies broken in my home. 15695 Tetley St, Hacienda Heights, Ca 91745. City of Industry Sheriff broken down my back door, entered my home. *** Clarify what I said about being in an abusive relationship. By this time my depression and anxiety was severe. I struggled with reading things. I received a document that Saturday from the court. The court couldn’t do anything without me being present. It was Covid. They broke in my home a few days after the court day. 1. I wasn’t present, or subpoena. 2. It was Covid, only essential activity. 3. In order to have me removed they had to do a Writ of Possession. This is why they broke in my home. They couldn’t do a writ of possession because of the state at home order. Please understand City of Industry Sheriff deputies broke in my home, put me and my son in the street during Covid 19! My spouse was the income provider for the last 10 years of my marriage. The court with malice intent failed to provide spousal support as required by Family Code 4320 https://codes.findlaw.com/ca/family-code/fam-sect-4320/ Then put me in the street during Covid. The reason I said I was in an abusive marriage. I was referring to my mental state, my inability to be confronted with more abuse and hate crimes.
Around about March 3, 2021 my son received a voicemail from a man name Frank. Who represented Box and Go storage. My possessions were illegally removed from my home, and given to Box and Go. This was during the Covid epidemic. My rights were violated by the family court. I had no recourse. I was struggling emotional as a result of the government sanctioned terrorism. My son and I sort sheltered in a one room bed bug infested hotel. I called Box and Go, explained that I didn’t authorize Box and Go to receive my things. There wasn’t a legal contract between my son, I and Box and Go. Based on the events, Box and Go were aware that they had illegally received me and my son’s property. Each time I tried to get remedy via the court I am met with hate crimes and constitutional violations. This is all I had left. They had stolen everything from me. They. never ever responded. They received email address from my 1st inquiry. After they received my email address they began to charge me invoice fees. Prior to me emailing about my check they did not have an email or address, so they couldn’t not tender an invoice. Remembering I don’t have a contract or agreement. I am paying for good will ; to mitigate any damages. See the 3rd time I asked about the delay in the check being cashed. Never an answer. They only used my email to provide an invoice just to charge me $8.

I sent a Declaration for my son, Sterling and myself. I mailed a copy of both to the physical address that Freddy told me was the new address, and one to the official business address. The name of the agency that I believe are in cahoots with judges and lawyers is Levitt Family Law Center. I also believe “allegedly” Beverley Hills Law Association has ties to these corrupt judges. It is conflict of interest for a Family Law associated to have dealings with judges. This post is just to sum up some of the harm, but I have much more evidence tying the judges and lawyers to each others. Eventually, I’m sure others people will come forward. I have been in touch with a black woman whose daughter is to “allegedly” is being sexual assaulted by her non black father. The judge is aware that the child’s doctor reports show signs of sexual abuse. This judge previously worked as a public defenders. My story is about what happened to me. I believe God is using me to shine a light on the atrocities that are happening in Los Angeles Family court.
My phone records will show I made several attempts to contact Demetria Grave. During one point I spoke to a young black man who answered the phone. I explained to him how the court committed hate crimes against me. I finally spoke with her. Her words were “Why would I take my case back to a court that harmed me.” My response to her was if we all thought that way we would still be picking cotton. This is one of the ways that I put together Beverly Hills Law Associated being part of the corruption.
Everyone is part of the anti-black culture in California. Even the black people Demetria Graves, last name Graves indicates she might be a descendant of chattel slavery. These people believe that we are inferior or that we cannot overcome the oppression and tyranny. I am going to say this to you one time. They are not better than us. We should be afforded the same civil liberties and the oppressor. People died for us. How these woman sleeps is beyond me. She isn’t the only one that I encounter. Judge Lawrence Riff’s clerk, Codie (a black woman) also participated in hate crimes against me.

In my heart I think there is some type of sex trafficking of children in the court system. The longer I think about it. The more I think about who this guy is; how he told me about James Cady (his college friend) allowing his niece to give him fellatio. He said it like it wasn’t nothing. Here is the article. I think he went to school with the guy that I married at Mars Hill College . They may have been in the same fraternity. Above you will find the Opposition to Lien of Possession. The one I sent to the fictitious address was sent back “Return To Sender”. The P.O. Box address we received a signature. See evidence above. Also I didn’t say this, in one of the invoice they took off one of the units of the invoice. I called them to asked them about the unit. They were trying to steal my things from way back They thought I didn’t notice the change. Lieutenant Lee at Torrance Police told me they probably stole my things. Box and Go was delivered the lien of opposition. If they wanted to remedy any disagreements they could have attempted to via phone calls. They called my son to inform him they had our possession. This is collusion, hate crimes, fraud and grand theft.

I lived for over 3 years in a bed bug investing hotel. The psychiatrist prescribed Ambient to help me sleep. He subsequently prescribe anti-depressants. In Sept of 2025 the insurance company claims to have severed the contract with the provider. I was left without a doctor, had to abruptly discontinue the medication.

I attempted to file a police report. The 2 police officer were reluctant. I request a Supervisor. Lieutentant Lee, he also became a part to the hate crimes. I made several recorded calls to demonstrate black people can’t get justice in the state of California.
